摘要:

[摘要]目的：分析牙周生物型对美学区同期行引导骨再生术延期种植的红白美学效果影响。方法：选择青岛市市立医院
2015年6月-2016年12月收治的口腔科种植修复患者50例，均接受美学区同期行引导骨再生术的延期种植治疗。根据缺失
牙或邻牙同名牙以牙周探诊目测法将牙周生物型分为薄龈生物型组（22例）及厚龈生物型组（28例）。比较两组种植成功
率、红白美学效果及种植体周围软组织临床检查指数和主观满意度。结果：薄龈生物型组及厚龈生物型组种植体成功率均
为100%，比较无显著性差异（P ＞0.05）。修复后12个月，两组红色美学指数（PES）、白色美学指数（WES）、PES/WES评
分均上升，厚龈生物型组高于薄型组，有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）。两组修复后1d及修复后12个月种植体周围软组织临床检
查指数比较，无显著性差异（P ＞0.05）。厚龈生物型组咀嚼功能、附着高度、色泽及整体美观优于薄龈生物型组，比较有
统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：不同牙周生物型在美学区行引导骨再生术延期种植中的成功率相似，但厚龈生物型的红白
美学效果优于薄龈生物型，患者满意度更高。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of periodontal biotype on the delayed implantation of guided bone regeneration in
the aesthetic area. Methods 55 cases of dental implant repair patients who treated from June 2015 to December 2016 in our
hospital, all of them accepted the delayed planting treatment of guided bone regeneration in the aesthetic zone. according to the
same name teeth of missing teeth or adjacent teeth, the periodontal biotype was divided into 22 cases of thin gingival biotype
group and 28 cases of thick gingival biotype group. then implant success rate, aesthetic effect of red and white, clinical index of
soft tissue around implant and subjective satisfaction in both group was compared. Results Implant success rate was 100% in
both the thin gingival biotype group and the thick gingival biotype group, there was no statistical difference in the comparison
(P ＞0.05). After 12 months of restoration, the scores of red aesthetics index (PES), white aesthetics index (WES) and PES/
WES in both groups were increased, and the biotype of thick gingival group was higher than that of thin gingival biotype group,
there was a statistically significant difference (P ＜0.05). the clinical examination index of soft tissue around the implant 1d
after repair and 12 months after repair in both group was no statistically significant difference (P ＞0.05). The chewing function,
adhesion height, color and overall beauty of thick gingival biotype group were better than that of thin gingival biotype group,
there was no statistical difference in the comparison (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Success rate of different periodontal biotypes in the
esthetic zone for guided bone regeneration with delayed implantation is similar, while the red and white aesthetic effects of the
thick-billed biotypes are better than those of the thin-living biotypes, patient satisfaction is higher.
