摘要:
目的：探讨钛网联合结缔组织移植术（Connective tissue graft，CTG）在美学区早期种植修复中的效果。方法： 回顾性收集2015年12月-2020年12月笔者科室行美学区种植修复的215例患者资料。根据手术方法不同将患者分为对照组 （n=106）和研究组（n=109）。对照组实施单一的引导骨再生技术（Guided bone regeneration,GBR），研究组实施钛网 联合CTG术。分析两组的种植体早期成功率、骨增量效果、红色美学指数（Pink esthetic score,PES）、白色美学指数 （White esthetic score,WES）及修复满意度。结果：两组患者的种植体早期成功率均为100%。研究组牙槽骨高度、骨宽 度变化值均大于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组PES总分、WES总分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组咀嚼功能、整体美观、色 泽、附着高度等方面的满意度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：钛网联合CTG术在美学区种植修复中的骨增量效果显著，可 以提高红白美学效果，患者满意度较高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the eff ect of titanium mesh combined with connective tissue graft (CTG) in early implant restoration of the aesthetic area. Methods The data of 215 patients undergoing implant restoration in the aesthetic area from December 2015 to December 2020 were retrospectively collected. According to the surgical method, the patients were divided into a control group (n=106) and a study group (n=109). The control group received single guided bone regeneration (GBR), and the study group received titanium mesh combined with CTG. The early success rate of implants, bone increment eff ect, pink esthetic score (PES), white esthetic score (WES) and repair satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results The early success rate of implants of both groups was 100%. The changes of alveolar bone height and bone width in the study group were greater than the control group(P＜0.05). The total PES and WES scores of the study group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05). The satisfaction of the study group in terms of chewing function, overall appearance, color and attachment height were higher than the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Titanium mesh combined with CTG has a signifi cant eff ect on bone increment in implant restoration of the aesthetic area, which can improve the red-white aesthetic eff ect, and patients have a high degree of satisfaction.
