摘要:
[摘要]目的：探讨附着龈重建术辅助口腔种植修复对患者附着龈宽度与龈缘外形的影响。方法：选择2017年6月-2019年5月
笔者医院收治的进行种植修复手术的60例患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组使用常规牙龈缝合
术进行修复，观察组使用附着龈重建术，术后分析两组患者修复效果、附着龈宽度、附着点及龈缘外观重建情况。结果：观
察组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%，对照组为73.33%，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，比较附着龈和
有效角化黏膜宽度，观察组均高于对照组（P ＜0.05），比较探诊深度、改良菌斑指数和出血指数，观察组均低于对照组（P
＜0.05）。结论：附着龈重建术辅助口腔种植修复对患者附着龈宽度与龈缘外形具有良性作用，相对于常规疗法，附着龈重
建术效果更好。
