[摘要]目的：探讨种植修复在牙齿缺失患者中的应用效果，并分析种植体存留率的影响因素。方法：选取2015年3月-2017年 3月笔者医院收治的163例牙齿缺失患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法及患者意愿分为对照组79例和观察组84例。对照组应用常 规修复治疗，观察组应用种植修复治疗。比较两组治疗效果及牙功能情况。采用单因素分析和多元Logistic回归模型分析影 响种植体存留率的相关因素。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率（95.24%）高于对照组总有效率（86.08%）（P＜0.05）；两 组牙功能均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。年龄、吸烟、糖尿病、骨密度及种植部位均与种植体存留率有 关（P＜0.05）。多因素Logistic分析显示，吸烟、糖尿病、骨密度均是影响种植体存留率的因素（P＜0.05）。结论：种植 修复在牙齿缺失患者中具有良好的应用效果，可改善牙功能，吸烟、糖尿病及骨密度为影响种植体存留率的因素。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To discuss the application effect of implant restoration in patients with missing teeth, and analyze the infl uencing factors of implant survival rate. Methods Total of 163 patients with missing teeth admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected. According to the treatment method and patient’s wishes, they were divided into the control group (n=79) and the observation group (n=84). The control group received conventional repair treatment, and the observation group received implant restoration treatment. The treatment eff ect and tooth function of the two groups were compared. Single factor analysis and multivariate logistic regression models were used to analyze the related factors aff ecting implant survival rate in patients with missing teeth. Results The total eff ective rate of the observation group (95.24%) was higher than that of the control group (86.08%), and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the dental function of the two groups was higher than before treatment, and the dental function of the observation group was higher than the control group, the diff erence was statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05).Age, smoking, diabetes, bone density, and implant location were all related to the survival rate of implants (P＜0.05). Multivariate logistic analysis showed that smoking, diabetes, and bone density were all the infl uencing factors of the survival rate of implants (P＜0.05). Conclusion Implant restoration has a good application eff ect in patients with missing teeth and can improve tooth function. Smoking, diabetes, and bone density were all the infl uencing factors of the survival rate of implants.?/html>
