[摘要]目的：探究加强护理干预对小儿面部外伤整形美容缝合术后伤口愈合及感染的影响。方法：将78例接受面部外伤整形
美容缝合术治疗的患儿随机分为观察组（39例）和对照组（39例）。对照组采用基础护理干预，观察组进行加强护理干预。
比较两组患儿依从性、瘢痕和感染发生情况、伤口愈合情况及满意度。结果：护理后，观察组依从性优于对照组，差异具有
统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组家属对医护满意度评分显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组患儿无
瘢痕和感染发生，对照组发生瘢痕2例，感染3例，两组患儿瘢痕和感染发生率差异无显著性（P ＞0.05）。观察组患儿的伤
口愈合评分显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：护理干预在小儿面部外伤整形美容缝合术中应用效
果良好，可有效提高患儿依从性，促进创口愈合，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect on wound healing and infection after plastic and cosmetic suture in children
with facial trauma by using nursing intervention. Methods 78 children with facial trauma were randomly divided into the
observation group (n =39) and the control group (n =39). The basic nursing intervention was used in the control group and the
intensive nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group. The compliance, scar, infection, wound healing
and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the compliance of the children in the
observation group was better than that in the control group by non-parametric test, with significant difference (P ＜0.05). The
score of family satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant
difference (P ＜0.05). No scar and infection in the observation group, 2 cases of scar and 3 cases of infection in the control
group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of scar and infection between the two groups (P ＞0.05). The score of
wound healing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Nursing
intervention is effective in the application of plastic and cosmetic suture in children with facial trauma. It can effectively
improve the compliance of children and promote wound healing, which is worthy for clinical promotion.
