摘要:: 手掌参具有补精华、固精、滋补，生津壮阳，增力生精，强身健体，神志清爽阳力强，抗老增力，可抗疲劳，强身益髓等功效。通过研究表明，手掌参具有氨基酸类化合物、菲类化合物，芳香族类化合物，二苯乙烯（芪）类等化合物，具有抗过敏、抗氧化及抗衰老等作用。在蒙医临床上运用手掌参的滋补、壮阳、增强体力等作用，主要用于手掌参-37味丸、巴萨姆酥油丸、手掌参-6、手掌参合剂等处方中。本文对手掌参抗衰老研究及临床应用进行综述，以便为今后蒙药养生研究提供借鉴及参考价值。

Abstract:: Handicapped ginseng was first recorded in the Tibetan medicine book "Four Medical Codes", which has the functions of replenishing essence, solidifying essence, nourishing,promoting salivation, strengthening body, producing essence, refreshing mind, strengthening yang,resisting aging, strengthening fatigue,strengthening yang, solidifying essence,strengthening body and benefiting marrow,etc. The research shows that there are amino acid compounds, phenanthrene compounds, aromatic compounds, stilbene compounds and so on. Handicap palmatum has anti-allergy, anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects. In Mongolian medicine, it is mainly used in the prescriptions of Palmistronic Ginseng-37 Wei Pill, Bassam Butter Pill, Palmistronic Ginseng-6, and Palmistronic Ginseng Mixture. In this paper, the anti-aging research and clinical application research of Panax japonicus were reviewed, so as to provide the literature basis for the future research of Mongolian medicine health preservation
