摘要:
的:探究闭合式牵引矫治技术用于上前牙埋伏阻生牵引矫治的效果及美观性。方法:纳入笔者医院2018年1月-2020 年1月收治的40例择期拟行闭合式牵引矫治术治疗的上前牙埋伏阻生患者为观察组,另选取同期入院采用开放式牵引矫治术治疗的上前牙埋伏阻生的40例患者为对照组。记录两组治疗时长(牵引萌出时间、正畸治疗时间),分析两组临床疗效,记录治疗前后咀嚼功能(咀嚼效率,咬合力、咀嚼疼痛评分)、牙齿美观评分(白色美观评分、红色美观评分),并观察牵引术后不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组牵引萌出时间、正畸治疗时间均显著长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为97.50%,与对照组(95.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后咀嚼效率、咬合力较治疗前显著升高,咀嚼疼痛评分较治疗前显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咀嚼效率、咬合力显著高于对照组,咀嚼疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前红色美学评分、治疗后白色美学评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后红色美学评分较治疗前显著降低,且红色美学评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牵引术后不良事件发生率为7.69%,显著低于对照组的26.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:闭合式牵引矫治术与开放式牵引矫治术治疗上前牙埋伏阻生的临床效果相当,但行闭合式牵引患者术后咀嚼功能恢复更快,牙齿美学效果较好,且安全性高。
Abstract:
bjective To study the effect and aesthetics of closed traction treatment technology for impacted traction treatment of upper anterior teeth. Methods Included in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020, 40 cases of upper anterior impacted and impacted patients who were to be treated with closed traction correction surgery were included as the observation group, and the same period was selected for open traction correction surgery. 40 patients with impacted upper anterior teeth were treated as the control group.Record the treatment time of the two groups (traction eruption time, orthodontic treatment time), analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups, record the masticatory function (masticatory efficiency, bite force, chewing pain score), tooth aesthetic score (white aesthetic score, red aesthetic score before and after treatment) ), and observe the occurrence of adverse events after traction. Results The traction eruption time and orthodontic treatment time of the observation group were significantly longer than those of the control group (P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was not statistically different from that of the control group (95.00%, P>0.05).After treatment, the mastication effi ciency and bite force of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and the chewing pain score was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05); the mastication efficiency and bite force of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), the chewing pain score was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the red aesthetic score before treatment and the white aesthetic score after treatment (P>0.05). The red aesthetic score after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than before treatment, and the red aesthetic score was significantly higher than the control Group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events after traction in the observation group was 7.69%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (26.32%, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effects of closed traction and open traction for the treatment of impacted upper anterior teeth are equivalent, but patients undergoing closed traction have a faster recovery of masticatory function, better teeth aesthetics, and high safety.
