摘要:
露龈笑是临床中常见问题，也是许多正畸患者前来就诊的主要诉求，对于上颌骨垂直向发育过度致露龈笑的患者一般通过压低上前牙来改善。传统矫治方式如摇椅弓、多用途弓、头帽J钩高位牵引等，可能因为支抗丢失或患者依从性差而导致治疗效果不佳。微种植体支抗以其骨内绝对支抗的优势广泛应用在正畸临床治疗中，运用微种植体支抗对上前牙进行真性压低的实际治疗效果越来越得到认可。该文就微种植体支抗压低上前牙时，影响微种植体支抗稳定的因素，载荷的大小以及压低效果等方面进行综述。
Abstract:
Gingival smile is a common clinical problem, and it is also the main appeal of many orthodontic patients. For patients with gingival smile caused by vertical maxillary excess, it is generally improved by pressing the upper anterior teeth. Traditional treatment methods, such as rocking-chair archwire, utility arch and J-hook, may lead to poor treatment effect due to anchorage loss or lack patient compliance.Mini-implant anchorage is widely used in orthodontic clinical treatment as absolute anchorage,the treatment effect of upper anterior teeth intrusion has been more recognition. This article made a brief review on the research progress of clinical procedures of upper anterior teeth intrusion with mini-implant anchorage including factors associated with the Mini-implant stability,load setting and treatment effect
