摘要:
目的：探讨微种植体支抗与口外弓支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的效果。方法：选取2019年1月-2020年1月笔者科室收治的120例口腔正畸患者作为研究对象，根据患者配合情况及口腔状况分为研究组和对照组，每组60例。对照组采用口外弓支抗治疗，研究组采用微种植体支抗治疗，两组均随访6个月。比较两组治疗后6个月的正畸效果，两组治疗前后6个月的牙龈情况、头影测量指标，统计两组随访期间的不良反应发生率。结果：治疗后6个月，两组正畸效果比较，研究组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（93.33% vs 71.67%，P＜0.05）。与治疗前比较，治疗后6个月两组GI、PLI、SBI评分、Eline-UL、Eline-LL、上唇突度、下唇突度、SNA、SNB、ANB、U1-SN均降低，且研究组均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。随访期间，两组不良反应发生率比较，研究组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（6.67% vs 21.67%，P＜0.05）。结论：相比口外弓支抗，微种植体支抗可明显改善口腔正畸患者头影测量指标及牙龈情况，进而有助于提高正畸效果，且安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of micro-implant anchorage and external arch anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 120 orthodontic patients admitted to the department of stomatology, Haigang hospital of qinhuangdao city between January 2019 and January 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the research group and the control group according to the patient’s cooperation and oral conditions, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received external arch anchorage, and the study group received micro-implant anchorage, both groups were followed up for 6 months. The orthodontic effects at 6 months after treatment in the two groups were compared, the gingival conditions and cephalometric indicators before and 6 months after treatment in the two groups were compared, the adverse reaction rate during followed up in the two groups was counted. Results 6 months after treatment, comparing the two groups’ orthodontic effects, the total effective rate in the research group was higher than the control group (93.33% vs 71.67%, P ＜0.05). Compared with before treatment, 6 months after treatment, the scores of GI, PLI, SBI, the Eline-UL, Eline-LL, upper lip protrusion, lower lip protrusion, SNA, SNB, ANB, U1-SN decreased, and the research group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05).During followed up, comparison the two groups’ adverse reaction rate, the research group was lower than the control group (6.67% vs 21.67%,P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with the external arch anchorage, the micro-implant anchorage could significantly improve the cephalometric index and gingival condition of orthodontic patients,thereby helping to improve the orthodontic effect with higher safety.
