摘要:
在各时代的美白方剂记载中，常会应用到“白色”中药成分，充分体现了古人“以白养白”的理念，本文旨在从“白 色”中药成分抑制酪氨酸酶活性的角度阐释“以白养白”理念的科学性。通过文献检索，对“白色”中药成分对酪氨酸酶的 抑制实验的相关研究进行总结。结果发现，“白色”中药成分，均被多次证实具有抑制酪氨酸酶活性的作用，但由于药物的 提取工艺、终产物的浓度、药物的产地、采集时间等差异，同种中药成分提取物抑制酪氨酸酶活性的强弱表现的不尽相同。 从美白机制角度分析，“以白养白”的理念是有据可循的。
Abstract:
According to the records of ancient whitening prescriptions in different epochs, it is common to apply "white" Chinese medicine ingredients, embodied the ancients’ idea of "nourishing white with white" fully. This paper aims to explain the scientifi c nature of the concept of "nourishing white with white" from the perspective of "white" traditional Chinese medicine ingredients inhibiting tyrosinase activity. Through a literature search, summarizing the related research on tyrosinase inhibition test of "white" traditional Chinese medicine ingredients. The results prove that these components do have eff ects on inhibiting tyrosinase activity. However, due to the differences of extraction tech, concentration of end products, the place of origin, collection time, etc, The same traditional Chinese medicine components gave diff erent intensity of inhibiting tyrosinase activity. From the perspective of whitening mechanism, the concept of "nourishing white with white" is based on evidence.
