摘要:
目的：观察手术联合光动力治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2021年1月-2022年6 月笔者医院给予手术联合光动力治疗的24例头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎患者临床资料。观察所有患者的临床治疗效果、 不良反应和复发情况。结果：纳入治疗的患者痊愈13例（54.17%），显效6例（25.00%），有效3例（12.50%），无效2例 （8.33%），总有效率91.67%。伤口均甲级愈合，未出现术后感染、皮瓣坏死、溃疡等并发症。随访0.5～2年，复发4例，复 发率16.67%。大部分患者术后瘢痕不明显，患者满意度高。结论：手术联合光动力治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎疗效良 好，可提高患者生活质量，且安全性好，复发率低。
Abstract:
Objective To assess the eff ects of operation combined with photodynamic therapy in the treatment of Perifolliculitis Capitis Abscedens Et Suff odiens. Methods Clinical data of 24 patients with perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suff odiens given surgical combined photodynamic therapy in the author’s hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analysed. The clinical treatment eff ects,adverse reactions and recurrence were observed. Results Among 24 patients,13 cases were cured (54.17%), 6 cases were markedly eff ective (25.00%), 3 cases were eff ective (12.50%), 2 cases were ineff ective (8.33%), and the total eff ective rate was 91.67%. There were no postoperative complications such as infection, fl ap necrosis and ulcer in all patients. After six months to two years of follow-up, 4 cases recurred, with a recurrence rate of 16.67%. Postoperative scarring was not obvious in most patients, and all patients were satisfi ed with the treatment. Conclusion Operation combined with photodynamic therapy has good curative eff ect in the treatment of Perifolliculitis Capitis Abscedens Et Suff odiens,which can improve the quality of life, and has good safety and low recurrence rate.
