目的:为了适应当前医学教育的发展趋势,将基于病例引导的“互联网+”模式下混合式教学应用到整形外科教学中 并探讨其效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2022年1月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院整形科规范化培训及进修的56名学员,根据 接受的教学方式不同分为传统模式教学组和混合式模式教学组,各28名。分别接受两种不同的教学方式并进行理论授课及临 床实践教学,通过分析两组学员出科考核成绩及教学满意度,进一步判断整形外科相关知识掌握情况、评估教学效果。结 果:教学结束后,混合式模式教学组专业知识笔试及技能操作成绩均显著优于传统教学组(P<0.05);混合式模式教学组满 意度评分显著高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:基于病例引导的“互联网+”模式下混合式教学较传统教学优势明显,有 助于提升教学质量、提高学员满意度、激发学习兴趣。
Abstract:
Objective In order to adapt to current trends in medical education, the blended teaching based on case-guided "Internet +" mode was applied to plastic surgery teaching and to explore its eff ect. Methods A total of 56 students who received standardized training and advanced studies in the Department of Plastic Surgery of the First Affi liated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2018 to January 2022 were selected, and they were divided into a traditional teaching group and a blended teaching group according to the diff erent teaching methods they received. Two diff erent teaching methods were adopted, and theoretical teaching and clinical practice teaching were carried out. Through analyzing the examination results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students, the mastery of plastic surgery related knowledge was further judged and the teaching eff ect was evaluated. Results There were 28 students in the traditional teaching group and 28 students in the blended teaching group, and the scores of professional knowledge written test and skill operation in the blended teaching group were signifi cantly better than those in the traditional teaching group (P <0.05). The satisfaction score of the blended teaching group was signifi cantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group (P <0.05). Conclusion The blended teaching based on case-guided "Internet +" model has obvious advantages over traditional teaching, which is helpful to improve teaching quality, improve students’ satisfaction, and stimulate learning interest.
