目的:探讨“互联网+医学科普”教学模式在口腔医学本科生口腔修复学教学中的应用价值。方法:随机抽取2018 级、2019级各60名口腔医学生,各随机分配至A班、B班和C班,进行《口腔修复学》课程教学,其中A班仅接受传统教学,B 班接受传统教学并上网学习相关知识科普视频,C班接受传统教学并参与制作相关知识科普视频。在课程结束后,比较三组 学生的教学效果:理论考试成绩评分、实操考核成绩评分和满意度评分。结果:A班和B班同学的理论考试成绩以及满意度显 著低于C班同学(P<0.05),但实践课成绩三者比较差异并无统计学意义。结论:“互联网+医学科普”教学模式有助于提 升学习积极性并提高口腔医学本科生的基础知识掌握能力,为临床诊治患者打下坚实基础。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of the teaching mode of "Internet+medical science popularization" in prosthodontics teaching for undergraduate stomatologists. Methods To conduct the course of prosthodontics, 60 stomatological students of Grade 2018 and 2019 in our school were randomly selected and assigned to class A, class B and class C respectively. Class A only accepted traditional teaching, class B accepted traditional teaching and they learned 2 popular science videos online per week for themselves, and class C accepted traditional teaching and participated in the production of popular science videos. At the end of the course, the scores of theoretical examination, practical examination and satisfaction of the three groups of students were compared. Results the scores of theoretical examination of class A and class B were signifi cantly lower than those of class C (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the scores of practical courses. Conclusion The teaching mode of "Internet+medical science popularization" is benefi cial to improve the enthusiasm of learning and the ability of mastering basic knowledge for stomatological undergraduates, and lays a solid foundation in making clinical diagnosis and giving treatment for patients.
