摘要:
外泌体是细胞分泌的一种直径为40~150 nm的双层膜囊泡,它可以向目标细胞输送生物活性物质,在细胞间的通讯作用中发挥关键作用,参与机体的各种生物学过程。近年来,外泌体可能通过促进皮肤细胞再生和修复、改善皮肤质地和弹性等方面作为一种新型抗衰老治疗策略,受到广泛关注。本文就干细胞源性外泌体的分类和相关作用机制及在抗衰方面的应用进展,对国内外研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:
Abstract: Exosomes are a type of double-layered membrane vesicles secreted by cells with a diameter of 40-150 nm. They can transport bioactive substances to target cells, play a key role in inter-cellular communication, and participate in various biological processes of the organism. In recent years, exosomes have garnered significant attention as a novel anti-aging therapeutic strategy, with potential mechanisms including the promotion of skin cell regeneration and repair, and improvement of skin texture and elasticity. This review summarizes domestic and international research advances in the classification, underlying mechanisms, and applications of stem cell-derived exosomes in anti-aging interventions.
