摘要:
脂肪移植是外科治疗组织缺损、凹陷的重要治疗手段,脂肪细胞具有来源丰富、良好的组织相容性等优点,成为了整 形外科治疗的一个重要手段。但是,传统的脂肪移植存在移植物存活率低、术后效果不稳定等局限,随着细胞辅助脂肪移植 的发展,脂肪移植的存活率有了一定的提高,却没有根本解决高吸收率的问题,且可能存在致瘤等潜在风险。脂肪干细胞外 泌体的发现有望改变这一现状。 [
Abstract:
Fat transplantation is an important surgical treatment for tissue defects and depressions. Adipocytes have the advantages of abundant sources and good histocompatibility, and become an important method for plastic surgery. However, traditional fat transplantation has limitations such as low graft survival rate and unstable postoperative effect. With the development of cell-assisted fat transplantation, the survival rate of fat transplantation has been improved to a certain extent, but the problem of high absorption rate has not been fundamentally solved. Potential risks such as possible tumorigenesis. The discovery of adipose stem cell exosomes is expected to change this situation.
