[摘要]目的：探讨Body-jet水动力吸脂术在大腿及臀部塑形中的应用疗效。方法：2016年3月-2017年3月，对笔者科室收治的16例要求行大腿及臀部塑形的女性就医者，采用Body-jet水动力吸脂术进行双侧大腿及臀部脂肪抽吸。结果：术后随访6～12个月，1例患者对臀部塑形效果不满意，自觉抽脂不足，术后半年行二次手术后达到满意效果，其余患者均对术后效果满意，所有患者均未出现术后吸脂部位凹凸不平、血肿、瘀斑、皮肤坏死等并发症，术后双侧大腿及臀部对称性好，局部轮廓自然，达到了良好的塑形效果。术前平均腿围值为（52.00±0.68）cm，术后6个月为（48.00±0.22）cm，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：采用Body-jet水动力吸脂术行大腿及臀部塑形，塑形效果良好，术后并发症少，是一种安全、有效的吸脂塑形方式，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the application of Body-jet hydrodynamic liposuction technology in shaping thighs and buttocks. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, 16 female patients who required weight loss and buttocks were treated in our department. Liposuction of bilateral thigh and buttocks was performed by Body-jet hydrodynamic liposuction technology. Results After 6-12 months follow-up, one patient was not satisfied with the hip shape, she felt the liposuction was insufficient. The results were satisfactory after second operations in half a year after the operation. The other patients were satisfied with the postoperative effect. All the patients had no complications such as uneven liposuction, hematoma, ecchymosis, and skin necrosis. The bilateral thighs and buttocks were well symmetrical and the local contour was natural. The mean leg circumference was (52.00±0.68)cm before operation, and 6 months after operation was (48.00±0.22)cm, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Body-jet hydrodynamic liposuction technology is used in the thigh weight loss and hip shaping. The shape of the plastic shape is good and the postoperative somplications are few. It is a safe and effective form of liposuction. It is worthy of clinical application.
