[摘要]目的:探究高能窄谱红光联合烟酰胺和胶原贴敷料治疗面部皮炎的治疗效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2017年11月
笔者医院收治的面部皮炎患者84例为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组(42例)采用烟酰胺和胶原贴敷料治疗,观察组
(42例)在对照组基础上联合高能窄谱红光治疗。观察两组患者临床评分、皮肤红斑量、TEWL、疗效及安全性。结果:
两组患者在临床评分、皮肤红斑量和TEWL比较上,治疗后临床评分中的主观症状积分、客观症状积分以及总积分均显著
下降(P <0.05),皮肤红斑量和TEWL均显著降低(P <0.05);治疗后观察组在各项指标上均显著低于对照组,差异有统
计学意义(P <0.05)。在治疗效果上,观察组总有效人数为41例,有效率为97.62%,对照组总有效人数为35例,有效率为
83.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.974,P <0.05)。两组患者并发症发生比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:高能
窄谱红光联合烟酰胺和胶原贴敷料治疗面部皮炎,能够有效减少患者各项症状积分,提升治疗效果,提高患者的自信和生活
水平,有一定的安全性,值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the high-energy narrow spectrum red joint nicotinamide and collagen dressing treatment
effect for the treatment of facial dermatitis. Methods Eighty-four patient with facial glucocorticosteroid-dependent dermatitis
admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to November 2017 were selected as the study subjects. Randomly split into two
groups. Control group (42 cases) were treated with niacinamide and collagen dressing. Observation group (42 cases) combined
with high energy narrow spectrum red light therapy on the basis of control group. It was observe that that clinical scores
of two group, the SEO and the TEWL, the therapeutic effect and the safety. Results In the clinical score, SEO and TEWL
comparisons. Two groups of patients had a significant reduction in subjective symptoms in their clinical evaluation after the
treatment, the integral of the objective and the integral of the integral to the general. Both the erystain of the skin and the TEWL
were significantly reduced (P <0.05). Comparison between two groups after treatment. The observation group was significantly
lower than the control group in all indicators (P <0.05). On the treatment effect, observation group total effective number of 41
cases. The proportion was as high as 97.62%. While the total number of control groups was 35. The proportion was 83.33%.
The difference between the two groups is significant (χ2=4.974,P <0.05). There were no significant complications in both
groups. Conclusion High-energy narrow spectrum red joint nicotinamide and collagen dressing treatment of facial dermatitis
patients. It can effectively reduce that symptom and points of the patient. Increase that therapeutic effect. Improve patient
confidence and living standards. And there is a certain security. Accordingly,Is worth popularization and application in clinic.
