[摘要]目的：探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液冷喷与左西替利嗪片联合薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜治疗面部皮炎的疗效。方法：选取
2018年10月-2019年10月笔者医院就诊的110例面部皮炎患者，简单随机化法分为观察组（n =55）、对照组（n =55）。对照组
予以蒸馏水冷喷与左西替利嗪片联合薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜，观察组予以复方甘草酸苷注射液冷喷与左西替利嗪片联合薇
诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜。比较两组疗效、症状评分、Th1细胞因子[白介素-2（IL-2）、干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）]、Th2细胞因子
[IL-4、IL-5]水平。结果：观察组总有效率94.55%，高于对照组的72.73%（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组症状评分低于对照
组（P ＜0.05）；观察组血清IL-2、IFN-γ水平高于对照组，血清IL-4、IL-5水平低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：复方甘草
酸苷注射液冷喷与左西替利嗪片联合薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜治疗面部皮炎疗效显著，能有效改善患者症状，调节Th1、Th2细
胞因子水平。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin injection with cold spray and levoctirizine tablet
combined with Winona Shumin moisturizing special cream for the treatment of facial dermatitis. Methods A total of 110
patients with facial dermatitis in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into observation
group (n =55) and control group (n =55) by simple randomization. The control group was given levoctirizine tablets combined
with Winona Shumin moisturizing special cream, the observation group was given cold spray of compound glycyrrhizin
injection and levoctirizine tablets combined with Winona Shumin moisturizing special cream. Compared the efficacy, symptom
score, Th1 cytokine [interleukin-2 (IL-2), interferon-γ (IFN-γ)], Th2 cytokine [IL-4, IL-5] levels, and incidence of adverse
reactions between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.55% higher than that in
the control group 72.73% (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the
control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IL-2 and IFN-γ in the observation group were higher than those
in the control group, and the levels of serum IL-4 and IL-5 were lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).There was no
significant difference in the incidence of dizziness, dry mouth and drowsiness between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion
The cold spray of compound glycyrrhizin injection and levoctirizine tablet combined with Winona Shumin moisturizing special
cream is effective in treating facial dermatitis and can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, regulate Th1, Th2 cytokine
levels, and is highly safe.
