摘要:
[摘要]目的：探讨CO2点阵激光对产后阴道松弛患者的盆底肌肉修复及性功能的影响，为患者治疗提供临床参考。方法：回
顾性分析2017年6月-2018年6月笔者医院收治的40例产后阴道松弛患者的诊疗情况。所有患者均采用CO2点阵激光治疗，治疗
3个月，记录所有患者治疗前后盆底肌纤维电压、盆底肌纤维疲劳度以及盆底肌力情况，同时治疗前后完成女性性功能量表
（Female sexual function index，FSFI）评分，并对评分进行比较。结果：治疗后，患者盆底Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维电压与疲
劳度均明显优于治疗前，盆底Ⅱ类肌纤维强度、盆底Ⅰ类收缩时间以及手测阴道横断面肌力均明显提高，差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）；盆底Ⅰ类肌纤维强度治疗前后比较差异不具有统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。治疗后，患者性欲、性唤起、性高潮
与治疗前比较差异不具有统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；阴道润滑度、性生活满意度、性交疼痛以及FSFI总分均明显改善，差异
具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：CO2点阵激光对产后阴道松弛患者的盆底肌肉修复具有显著疗效，同时能够改善患者性
生活质量，提高性功能，值得广泛应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of CO2 lattice laser on pelvic floor muscle repair and sexual function in patients
with postpartum vaginal relaxation. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the diagnosis and treatment of 40 cases
of postpartum vaginal relaxation in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018. All patients were treated with CO2 lattice laser
for three months. The pelvic floor muscle fiber voltage, pelvic floor muscle fiber fatigue and pelvic floor muscle strength were
recorded before and after treatment. At the same time, the patients completed the female sexual function scale (FSFI) score
before and after treatment, and the scores were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the voltage and fatigue of type
ⅠandⅡ muscle fibers in pelvic floor were significantly better than those before treatment, the strength of type Ⅱ muscle fibers
in pelvic floor, the contraction time of typeⅠmuscle fibers in pelvic floor and the cross-sectional muscle strength of vagina
measured by hand were significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). There was no significant
difference in the strength of typeⅠmuscle fibers in pelvic floor between before and after treatment (P ＞0.05). After treatment,
there was no significant difference in sexual desire, arousal and orgasm between before and after treatment (P ＞0.05).Vaginal
lubrication, sexual life satisfaction, sexual intercourse pain and total FSFI scores were significantly improved. There was
significant difference before and after treatment (P ＜0.05). Conclusion CO2 lattice laser has a significant effect on pelvic floor
muscle repair in patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation. It can also improve the quality of sexual life and sexual function of
patients. It is worthy of wide application.
