摘要:

[摘要]目的：探讨2%超分子水杨酸调理滋养面膜联合盐酸米诺环素胶囊口服治疗中重度痤疮患者的短期效果。方法：选取
2017年1月-2018年8月笔者医院120例中重度痤疮患者，依据随机数表法分为三组，每组各40例。对照A组予以盐酸米诺环
素胶囊治疗，对照B组予以2%超分子水杨酸调理滋养面膜治疗，观察组予以盐酸米诺环素胶囊＋2%超分子水杨酸调理滋养面
膜，三组均连续治疗8周。对比三组治疗效果、自评病情改善情况、不良反应发生率、复发率及治疗前、治疗2、4、8周后
面部痤疮（GAGS）评分，治疗前、疗程结束后生活质量评分。结果：观察组治疗2、4、8周GAGS评分均分别较对照A、B组低
（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率（90.00%）分别较对照A组（70.00%）、对照B组（67.50%）高（P ＜0.05）；观察组自评
病情改善率（85.00%）。分别较对照A组（62.50%）、对照B组（60.00%）高（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率、复发率
与对照A、B组相比，差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；观察组疗程结束后生活质量评分分别较对照A、B组高（P ＜0.05）。
结论：中重度痤疮患者在盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗基础上加用2%超分子水杨酸调理滋养面膜，可显著缓解面部痤疮情况，进一
步提高治疗效果及自评病情改善率，显著改善患者生活质量，且不良反应及复发率少，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate the short-term effect of 2% supramolecular salicylic acid conditioning nourishing mask
combined with minocycline hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe acne. Methods
120 patients with moderate to severe acne in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into 3
groups, 40 in each group. The control group A was treated with minocycline hydrochloride capsule, the control group B was
treated with 2% supramolecular salicylic acid conditioning nourishing mask, and the observation group was treated with
minocycline hydrochloride capsule+2% supramolecular salicylic acid conditioning nourishing mask, three groups. All were
treated continuously for 8 weeks. The results of the three groups were statistically compared, the self-evaluation condition, the
incidence of adverse reactions, the recurrence rate, and the quality of life scores before, 2, 4, and 8 weeks after the treatment
of acne (GAGS), before treatment, and after the end of treatment. Results The GAGS scores of the observation group were
lower than those of the control group A and B (P ＜0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, which
was higher than that of the control group A (70.00%) and the control group B (67.50%), respectively (P <0.05) . The observation
group self-evaluation condition improvement rate was 85.00%. Which was higher than the control group A (62.50%) and
control group B (60.00%, P ＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the observation group were not
significantly different from those in the control group A and B (P ＞0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group
after treatment were higher than those of controls A and B (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment of moderate to severe acne
patients with minocycline hydrochloride capsules with 2% supramolecular salicylic acid conditioning nourishing mask can
significantly alleviate the facial acne condition, further improve the treatment effect and self-evaluation disease improvement
rate, significantly improve the patient’s quality of life, and adverse reactions and recurrence rate are small, worthy of clinical
application.
