摘要:

[摘要]目的：观察眼轮匝肌缩短联合睑袋切除术治疗老年性下睑内翻的临床疗效。方法：68例110眼下睑内翻老年患者，随
机分为观察组和对照组。观察组36例58眼，采用眼轮匝肌缩短联合睑袋切除术；对照组32例52眼，采用患眼单纯眼轮匝肌
缩短术。对其术后1周及术后6～12个月的临床疗效及患者满意度进行比较。结果：两组短期矫正率比较差异无统计学意义
（P ＞0.05）；但观察组非常满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组远期矫正率及非常满意率均高于
对照组，欠矫率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：在老年性下睑内翻治疗中，与单纯眼轮匝肌缩短术相
比，眼轮匝肌缩短联合睑袋切除术可以显著提高患者的临床疗效和预后，降低复发率，提高患者满意度。

Abstract:

Abstracts: Objective To observe the clinical effect of orbicularis oculi muscle shortening combined with lower eyelid
blepharoplasty in the treatment of senile entropion. Methods Sixty-eight cases (110 eyes) of senile entropion patients were
randomly divided into the two groups. The observation group including 36 cases (58 eyes), was received orbicularis oculi
muscle shortening combined with lower eyelid blepharoplasty. The control group including 32 cases (52 eyes), was received
only orbicularis oculi muscle shortening. The clinical efficacy and patients satisfaction rate of one week and 6-12 months
after operation were compared. Results There was no significant difference in short-term correction rate between the two
groups(P ＞0.05). However, the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the
difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The long-term correction rate and very satisfactory rate in the observation
group were higher than those in the control group, and the undercorrection rate was lower than that in the control group(P ＜0.05).
Conclusion Compared with the only orbicularis oculi muscle shortening operation, orbicularis oculi muscle shortening
combined with lower eyelid blepharoplasty can significantly improve the curative effect and prognosis, reduce the recurrence
rate and improve the degree of satisfaction of patients with senile entropion.
