[摘要]目的：系统评价云南白药在牙周炎治疗过程中的安全性和有效性。方法：计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、
CNKI、万方、维普等数据库，按照纳入与排除标准选择研究文献，收集所有云南白药治疗牙周炎的临床随机对照试验与临床
对照试验，应用Meta分析RevMan 5.3.5软件对纳入的各研究原始数据进行Meta分析。结果：最终进入Meta分析的文献共有6
篇。Meta分析结果显示，局部涂布云南白药联合牙周基础治疗对牙周炎治疗具有积极意义，与对照组相比，试验组菌斑指数
(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)及牙龈指数(GI) 的改变均具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05）。结论：云南白药对牙周炎具有显著的治疗作
用，值得在临床上推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To assess the effect and safety of YunNanbaiyao on the treatment of periodontitis. Methods a number
of electronic search was conducted in databases including PubMed, The Cochrane library, CNKI, WanFang, VIP. The clinical
randomized controlled trials and clinical controlled trials were selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.
All the clinical original data were collected for Meta analysis with RevMan 5.3.5. Results Six publications met the inclusion
criteria. Meta analysis showed that YuNanbaiyao had a positive effect on the treatment of periodontitis. In comparison with the
controlled group, the experimental group showed YunNanbaiyao significantly decreased probing depth (PD), gingival index (GI)
and plaque Index (PLI) (P ＜0.05). Conclusion YuNanbaiyao is effective on the treatment of periodontitis and is worth being
popularized ni clinical treatment.
