[摘要]目的：探讨显微镜辅助下牙周翻瓣术的疗效。方法：选择2016年1月-2019年1月笔者医院接诊的102例重度牙周炎患
者，通过随机数表法分为观察组52例和对照组50例。对照组在普通视野和常规手术器械下实施牙周翻瓣术；观察组在对照组
基础上，于显微镜辅助下实施牙周翻瓣术。比较两组不同时间点疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、菌斑指数（PLI）、探诊深度
（PD）、临床附着丧失（CAL）及龈沟出血指数（SBI）。结果：观察组术后1d、3d、7d VAS评分均明显低于对照组，术后
1个月、3个月PLI、PD、CAL、SBI均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；时间因素对两组VAS评分、PLI、
PD、CAL、SBI的影响均有统计学意义(P ＜0.05）；两组术后7d VAS评分均明显低于术后1d、3d，而术后3d明显低于术后
1d，两组术后3个月PLI、PD、CAL、SBI均明显低于术前及术后1个月，而术后1个月明显低于术前，差异均有统计学意义（P
＜0.05）。结论：显微镜下行牙周翻瓣术可有效提高牙周炎患者的疗效，术后疼痛感较轻，临床应用价值高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the effect of microscopical periodontal fl ap. Methods 102 patients with severe periodontitis from
January 2016 to January 2019 were selected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into 52 cases
in observation group and 50 cases in control group,the control group underwent periodontal valvuloplasty under normal visual
field and conventional surgical instruments,on the basis of the control group, the observation group underwent periodontal
fl ap surgery assisted by a microscope.The pain visual analogue scale (VAS), plaque index (PLI), depth of exploration (PD),
clinical attachment loss (CAL) and gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI) were compared between the two groups at different
time points. Results VAS scores of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than the control group at 1d, 3d and 7d after
surgery. PLI, PD, CAL and SBI of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than the control group at 1 and 3 months after
surgery.And the differences had statistical signifi cance(P ＜0.05). The effects of time on VAS score, PLI, PD, CAL and SBI in
the two groups had statistical signifi cance (P ＜0.05). VAS scores at 7d after surgery were signifi cantly lower in both groups
than 1d and 3D after surgery, while 3d after surgery was signifi cantly lower than 1d after surgery. PLI, PD, CAL and SBI at 3
months after surgery were signifi cantly lower in both groups than before surgery and 1 month after surgery, and the differences
had statistical signifi cance (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Microscopicperiodontal fl ap surgery can effectively improve the therapeutic
effect on patients with periodontitis, postoperative pain are mild. It has high clinical value.
