[摘要]目的:观察静止期牙周病大鼠牙齿移动后上下颌牙槽骨骨微结构的差异。方法:SD雄性大鼠48只随机分为对照组和
实验组(各半),实验组建立静止期牙周病动物模型,近中移动上、下颌右侧第一磨牙。各组于加力0d、7d、14d、
21d各处死6只动物,取材,行Micro-CT扫描。结果:加力0d、7d,实验组大鼠上颌牙槽骨骨密度(BMD)、骨体积分
数(BV/TV)、骨小梁厚度(Tb·Th)低于下颌,骨小梁数量(Tb·N)高于下颌(P <0.05);加力14d,上颌牙槽骨
Tb·Th低于下颌,骨小梁分离距离(Tb·Sp)高于下颌(P <0.05);加力21d,上颌牙槽骨BV/TV、Tb·Th低于下颌,
Tb·N、Tb·Sp高于下颌(P <0.05)。加力14d,实验组大鼠上、下颌牙槽骨BMD、BV/TV降至最低,Tb·Sp升至最高。上、
下颌牙槽骨Tb·N分别在加力7d、14d升至最高,Tb·Th分别在加力14d、21d降至最低。 结论:静止期牙周病大鼠牙齿移动
后,上颌牙槽骨骨骼强度低于下颌,且骨小梁的退行性改变较下颌严重。上颌牙槽骨主要以骨小梁厚度和分离距离的改变为
主,下颌牙槽骨主要以骨骼强度的改变为主,且下颌牙槽骨的骨吸收和骨形成较上颌牙槽骨快。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the microstructural difference between maxillary and mandibular alveolar bone after tooth
movement in rats with quiescent periodontitis. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into the control group(24) and the
experimental group(24).In the experimental group,the animal model of quiescent periodontitis was established,and the first
molar on the right side of the upper and lower jaw was moved.6 rats were sacrifi ced and scaned by Micro-CT in each group at
the 0th,7th,14th and 21st days. Results In the experimental group,the bone mineral density (BMD),the bone volume fraction
(BV/TV) and the trabecular thickness(Tb?Th) of maxillary alveolar bone were lower than those of the mandible,and the
trabecular bone number(Tb?N) of maxillary alveolar bone were higher than that of the mandible at the 0th and 7th days(P <0.05).
Tb?Th of maxillary alveolar bone were lower than that of the mandible,and the trabecular bone separation distance(Tb?Sp) of
maxillary alveolar bone were higher than that of the mandible at the 14th day(P <0.05).BV/TV and Tb?Th of maxillary alveolar
bone were lower than those of the mandible,and Tb?N and Tb?Sp of maxillary alveolar bone were higher than those of the
mandible at the 21st day(P <0.05).In the experimental group,BMD and BV/TV of alveolar bone in the maxillar and mandible
were reduced to minimum,and Tb?Sp hit the peak at 14th day,but Tb?N of alveolar bone in the maxillar and mandible hit the
peak at 7d and 14d respectively,and Tb?Th of alveolar bone in the maxillar and mandible reduced to minimum at 14d and 21d
respectively. Conclusion Aftering experimental tooth movement in rats with quiescent periodontitis,the skeletal strength of
maxillary alveolar bone was lower than that of mandible,and trabecular bone degeneration of maxillary alveolar bone was more
severe than that of mandible.The changes of trabecular thickness and separation distance are the main features of maxillary
alveolar bone,and the changes of bone strength are the main features of mandibular alveolar bone.Absorption and formation of
alveolar bone in mandible is faster than that of maxilla.
