[摘要]目的：通过分析点阵激光在面部年轻化中应用的治疗有效率、就医者满意率、不良反应发生率以评价该技术的临床疗
效。方法：搜索中英文数据库，如：万方、中国知网、PubMed等，搜集关于点阵激光在面部年轻化应用中的随机对照试验、
非随机对照试验、病例对照研究、队列研究、病例报告论文纳入Meta分析。结果：8项关于点阵激光在面部年轻化中应用
研究纳入Meta分析，总共包含1 085例就医者。经过Meta分析，点阵激光在面部年轻化应用中的治疗有效率P =0.93(95% CI:
0.88,0.97)；就医者满意度P =0.91(95% CI:0.76,0.99)；不良反应发生率P =0.08(95% CI:0.02,0.17)。结论：点阵激光在面
部年轻化中应用疗效显著，安全性较高，值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical effi cacy of fractional laser in facial rejuvenation by analyzing the effective rate of
treatment, satisfaction rate of patients and adverse reaction rate. Methods Chinese and English databases including Wanfang
Science and Technology Periodical Full-text Database, CNKI and PubMed were searched by computer. Some relevant studies
were collected for Meta-analysis. Results We identifi ed 8 studies including a total of 1 085 subjects for Meta-analysis. After
Meta-analysis, the effective rate of treatment was P =0.93(95% CI: 0.88, 0.97), the satisfaction rate of patients was P =0.91(95%
CI: 0.76, 0.99) and the adverse reaction rate was P =0.08(95% CI: 0.02, 0.17). Conclusion Fractional laser is effective and safe
in facial rejuvenation. So it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
