[摘要]目的：探讨PPDO锯齿线提升联合透明质酸填充在面部年轻化中的应用。方法：选择2016年5月-2017年8月在笔者医院
接受面部年轻化的56例就医者，随机分两组，观察组（PPDO+透明质酸组）和对照组（PPDO组），每组28例。术后6个月由研
究者及就医者分别进行临床疗效评价。结果：研究者评价和就医者疗效评价中，观察组优良率均优于对照组；且研究者评分
及就医者评分观察组均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。5例就医者术后出现局部肿胀，余无严重并发症发
生。结论：PPDO锯齿线提升联合透明质酸填充，可使面部年轻化改善明显，效果优于单纯锯齿线提拉，值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy of PPDO sawtooth line lifting combined with hyaluronic acid filling in facial
rejuvenation. Methods From May 2016 to August 2017, 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation
group (PPDO+hyaluronic acid group), the control group (PPDO group), and 28 patients in each group. The efficacy was
assessed by investigator and subject respectively at 6 months after treatment. Results The excellent and good rate of the
observation group was better than that of the control group, and the scores of researchers and patients in the observation group
were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05). There was local swelling
in 5 patients, and no serious complications. Conclusion Applying the combined therapy of PPDO sawtooth lines lifting and
hyaluronic acid fi lling in the middle and lower face can effectively improve the face ptosis, which has better effect than use of
PPDO sawtooth lines alone, is worth promoting in clinic.
