[摘要]目的:探讨CO2点阵激光联合调Q1 064nm激光治疗创伤性文身伴增生性瘢痕的疗效。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年6月
在笔者医院就诊的创伤性文身伴增生性瘢痕患者52例,根据随机数字法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。对照组采
用CO2点阵激光进行治疗,观察组采用CO2点阵激光联合调Q1 064nm激光治疗。比较两组患者的疗效,采用改良温哥华瘢痕
量表(VSS)对患者增生性瘢痕进行综合性评估,并记录患者水肿、红斑、色素沉着、感染等不良反应情况。结果:治疗
后,观察组治疗总有效率92.31%,高于对照组的73.08%,两组比较有显著性差异(P <0.05);观察组VSS评分低于对照
组(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率19.23%,低于对照组的46.15%(P <0.05)。结论:CO2点阵激光联合调Q1 064nm
激光治疗创伤性文身伴增生性瘢痕可显著提高疗效,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effect of CO2 fractional laser combined with Q-switched 1 064nm laser in the
treatment of traumatic tattoo with hypertrophic scar. Methods 52 patients with traumatic tattoos and hypertrophic scars had
been treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019. According to the random number method, the patients were divided
into two groups: the control group (n =26) and the observation group (n =26). The patients in the control group were treated with
CO2 fractional laser, in the observation group were treated with CO2 fractional laser combined with Q-switched 1 064nm laser.
The curative effects of the two groups were compared, the modified vancouver scar scale (VSS) was used to comprehensively
evaluate the hypertrophic scar of the patients, and the adverse reactions such as edema, erythema, pigmentation and infection
were recorded. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (92.31%) was higher than that in the
control group (73.08%), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the VSS score of the
observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total
incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (19.23%) was lower than that in the control group (46.15%), and the
difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The CO2 fractional laser combined with Q-switched 1 064nm
laser in the treatment of traumatic tattoo with hypertrophic scar can significantly improve the curative effect and reduce the
occurrence of adverse reactions, which worthes of clinical application.
