[摘要]目的：探究前牙即刻种植修复对外伤脱落牙患者美学修复效果的影响。方法：选择2015年6月-2018年12月于笔者医院
口腔外科就诊的单颗上前牙外伤脱落患者62例，根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组（31例）和观察组（31例）。对照组予以延
期种植修复，观察组予以即刻种植即刻修复，两组术后均随访1年。记录两组术后1d、3个月、6个月、1年PES、WES评分及术
后1d及1年随访时的mBI及PD数值，测量种植体周围骨吸收程度，骨高度和骨长轴角度。结果：术后1d、3个月、6个月、1
年，两组PES评分、WES评分依次升高，观察组均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。术后1年，观察组的牙槽骨吸收高度低于对照组
（P ＜0.05），观察组对咀嚼功能、附着高度、色泽、整体美观度的满意评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组骨高度比
术前增加（P ＜0.05），且观察组的骨长轴角度低于对照组、骨高度高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组的mBI均较术后1d增加（P
＜0.05）。结论：前牙即刻种植美学修复技术可提高单颗上前牙外伤脱落患者的美学修复效果、主观满意度，降低牙槽骨垂
直吸收程度，改善骨组织，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of immediate implant aesthetic restoration technology on the aesthetic restoration
effect and vertical absorption of alveolar bone in patients with traumatic loss of single anterior teeth. Methods 62 patients with
single anterior teeth trauma who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to December 2018 were selected and divided
into the control group (31 cases) and the observation group (31 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control
group received delayed implant repair, while the observation group received immediate implant and immediate repair. Both
groups were followed up for 1 year after operation. The PES and WES scores were recorded at 1 day, 3 months, 6 months and 1
year after operation, and the mBI and PD values at 1 day and 1 year after operation were recorded. The bone absorption degree,
bone height and bone long axis angle around implants were measured. Results On the 1st day, 3rd month, 6th month and 1st year
after operation, PES score and WES score of the two groups increased in turn, and the observation group was higher than that
of the control group (P ＜0.05). 1 year after operation, the alveolar bone absorption height of the observation group was lower
than that of the control group (P ＜0.05), and the satisfaction scores of masticatory function, attachment height, color and overall
aesthetics of the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). 1 year after operation, the long axis
angle of bone in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the bone height was higher than that in the
control group (P ＜0.05). MBI in both groups increased 1 year after operation compared with 1 day after operation (P ＜0.05),
and the mBI value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 1 day after operation(P ＜0.05), but the PD
value of the two groups had no statistical difference (P ＞0.05). 1 year after operation, there was no statistical difference in mBI
and PD values between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Immediate implant aesthetic restoration technology for anterior
teeth can improve the aesthetic restoration effect and subjective satisfaction of patients with single anterior teeth trauma, reduce
the vertical absorption degree of alveolar bone, and improve the CBCT examination results. It is worth promoting.
