[摘要]A型肉毒毒素是一种由肉毒杆菌产生的强效神经毒素，能够通过调节乙酰胆碱的释放对多种细胞产生生物学效应，已
广泛应用于多种皮肤疾病的治疗。面部潮红是很多面部皮肤病的共同临床症状之一，其病理生理过程主要是多种因素作用下
面部毛细血管的血流量增加，最终导致血管出现病理性的增粗和扩张。本文就A型肉毒毒素治疗面部潮红的临床应用及研究
进展综述如下。

Abstract:
Abstract: Botulinum toxin A is a powerful neurotoxin produced by clostridium botulinum. It can exert biological effects on
many kinds of cells by regulating the release of acetylcholine and is widely used in the treatment of many skin diseases. Facial
flushing is one of the common clinical symptoms of many facial skin diseases. Its pathophysiological process is mainly due to
the increase of blood flow of capillaries under the influence of various factors, which eventually leads to pathological thickening
and expansion of blood vessels. This paper is to review the clinical application and research progress of botulinum toxin A in
the treatment of facial flushing.
