摘要:
[摘要]黄褐斑好发于中青年女性,易诊难治,其以面部对称性的色素沉着性黄褐色、深褐色斑片为主要表现。发病率高、病因
不清、疗效有限、易复发,严重影响患者生活质量。面部刮痧疗法,自“砭石”出现后不断演变,现广泛运用于面部皮肤病的
临床治疗,并取得了一定疗效。其作用机理为,通过开合面部腠理,导邪外出,疏通经络,行气活血,以达到改善面色,消斑养颜
的功效。本文总结了面部刮痧疗法在黄褐斑治疗中的应用并对其前景进行展望。

Abstract:
Abstract: Chloasma tends to occur in young and middle-aged women, and is easy to be diagnosed, but difficult to be treated.
Chloasma is mainly manifested by symmetrical pigmentation yellow brown or dark brown patches on the face.Chloasma has
the characteristics of unclear etiology, high incidence, limited curative effect and easy recurrence, which seriously affects the
quality of life of patients.Facial scrapping therapy has been evolving since the appearance of "bian stone". It is now applied
to the clinical treatment of facial skin diseases and has achieved a unique curative effect.The mechanism of facial scrapping
therapy is as follows: regulates striae and interstitial space function,guide the pathogenic qi to go out,dredge the channels
and collaterals,promoting qi to activate blood,so as to improve color of skin.This paper summarizes the application of facial
scrapping therapy in the treatment of chloasma and looks forward to its prospect.
