[摘要]目的：对已发表的针灸治疗痤疮的系统评价进行再评价。方法：计算机检索CNKI、WanFang、VIP等中文数据库及
Cochrane Library和PubMed等外文数据库中已发表的针灸治疗痤疮的系统评价，检索时间选为建库至2019年12月31日。
由两名研究人员独立进行文献筛选及资料提取，采用AMSTAR2条目、PRISMA声明及ROBIS工具针对方法学质量、报告质量及
偏倚风险进行评价。结果：AMSTAR2条目评价显示，只有1篇（20%）系统评价评分为高质量，4篇（80%）系统评价评分为
中等质量，没有系统评价被评为低质量；PRISMA声明评价显示，完整报告缺失较多（＜50%）的条目分别为条目5（0%）、
条目8（20%）、条目9（40%）和条目27（40%）；ROBIS工具评价显示，高偏倚风险研究2篇（40%），低偏倚风险研究1篇
（20%），中偏倚风险研究2篇（40%）。结论：本研究认为，现存针灸治疗痤疮的系统评价的质量属于中等水平，系统评价
的方法学质量、报告质量及偏倚风险方面均仍有较大提升空间，但因纳入研究的系统评价量较少，针灸治疗痤疮的系统评价
的整体评价结论仍需纳入更多的系统评价来进一步验证。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To re-evaluate the published systematic review of acupuncture for acne. Methods Chinese databases
such as CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and foreign databases such as Cochrane Library and PubMed have been searched by computer
for systematic evaluation of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of acne.The retrieval time is from the establishment of
the database to December 31,2019.Two researchers conducted literature screening and data extraction independently. Amstar2
entries, Prisma statements and robis tools were used to evaluate methodological quality, reporting quality and bias risk. Results
According to the evaluation of AMSTAR 2, only one (20%) was rated as high quality, 4 (80%) as medium quality, and no study
was rated as low quality; The PRISMA statement evaluation shows that the missing items (＜50%) in the complete report are
item 5 (0%), item 8 (20%), item 9 (40%) and item 27 (40%); ROBIS tool evaluation showed that there were 2 studies (40%) of
high bias risk studies, 1 (20%) of low bias risk literature, and 2 (40%) of medium bias risk literature. Conclusion This study
believes that the quality of existing systematic reviews of acupuncture treatment of acne is of medium level, and there is still
much room for improvement in the methodological quality, report quality and risk of bias of systematic reviews, but due to the
small number of systematic reviews included in the study, acupuncture The overall evaluation conclusions of the systematic
review of acne treatment need to be incorporated into more systematic reviews for further verification.
