[摘要]目的：探析剖宫产术后采取心形减张美容缝合技术对腹部瘢痕及切口愈合的影响。方法：将笔者医院2019年3月-2019
年12月收治的60例剖宫产产妇按照随机分组原则分为对照组（n =30，采用传统缝合）和观察组（n =30，采用心形减张美容
缝合）。比较两组切口缝合时间、切口愈合时间、切口愈合程度、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法（Visual analogue scale，
VAS）]、并发症情况、瘢痕最薄处厚度及瘢痕宽度等。结果：观察组切口缝合时间、切口愈合时间明显短于对照组，观察组
切口愈合甲级率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组术后7d、30d的VAS评分及并发症发生率明显低于
对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组术后30d、90d、180d瘢痕最薄处厚度、瘢痕宽度均明显小于对照组，差异
有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：剖宫产产妇采取心形减张美容缝合能够获得较为理想的美容效果，对促进切口愈合有着
积极的作用，建议全面推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of heart-shaped tension reducing cosmetic suture on abdominal scar and incision
healing in patients with cesarean section. Methods 60 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from March 2019 to December
2019 were randomly divided into the control group (n =30, traditional suture) and the observation group (n =30, heart-shaped
tension reduction cosmetic suture). The incision suture time, incision healing time, degree of incision healing, degree of pain
(Visual analogue scale, VAS), complications, thinnest scar thickness and scar width were compared between the two groups.
Results The incision suture time and incision healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those
in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The grade A rate of incision healing in the
observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). The VAS score and complication rate of
the observation group at 7 and 30 days after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜0.05). The
thinnest thickness and width of scar in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group at 30d, 90d
and 180d after operation (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The intervention of heart-shaped tension reduction cosmetic suture for cesarean
section parturients can obtain ideal effect, which plays a positive role in promoting incision healing, and should be widely applied.
