摘要:
[摘要]目的:分析安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合畸形患者正畸前后锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)测量值。方法:回顾性选择2017年1
月-2018年5月笔者医院口腔正畸科收治的100例安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合畸形患者为研究对象,均在CBCT引导下行微种植体支抗拔
牙矫治,观察患者矫治前、矫治中期及矫治后中切牙处牙槽骨指标、软组织指标、牙槽骨高度及牙根体积。结果:矫治前、
矫治中期及矫治后,患者UA、LA、LP、LA+LP、UA+UP、ULP、UL-EP、LLP、LL-HLine、LL-EP、HA逐渐降低,而患者LAH、
ULL、LLL、Ns-Sn-Pos、NLA、SL-HLine及舌侧、唇侧、远中、近中牙槽骨高度逐渐升高(P <0.05),但矫治前、矫治中期
及矫治后患者UAH、UP、UPH、LPH比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论:CBCT引导下行微种植体支抗拔牙矫治,可提高
矫治方案的科学性、准确性,有效改善安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合畸形患者中切牙处牙槽骨指标及软组织指标水平,提高牙槽骨高
度,降低牙根吸收,在患者矫治中的应用价值显著。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) measurements before and after orthodontic
correction in patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion. Methods 100 patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion in
our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected retrospectively, and all of them were treated by extraction with
micro-implant anchorage under the guidance of CBCT. The alveolar bone indexs, soft tissue indexs, alveolar bone height
and root volume were observed before, during and after correction. Results UA, LA, LP, LA+LP, UA+UP, ULP, UL-EP,
LLP, LL-HLine, LL-EP and HA decreased gradually before, during and after correction, while LAH, ULL, LLL, Ns-Sn-
Pos, NLA, SL-HLine and lingual, labial, distal and mesial alveolar bone height decreased gradually(P <0.05), but there was
no statistical difference in UAH, UP, UPH and LPH before during and after correction (P >0.05). Conclusion Extraction
with micro-implant anchorage under the guidance of CBCT could improve the scientificalness and accuracy of the correction
plan, effectively improve the alveolar bone indexs and soft tissue indexs level of incisors in patients with Class Ⅱ division
1 malocclusion, increase the alveolar bone height and reduce the root absorption, which has significant application value in
patients’ correctioncorrection.
