[摘要]目的：观察自拟中药凉血清热方联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗面部痤疮后红斑的临床疗效。方法：将47例面部痤疮后红斑患者 随机分为两组。治疗组：24例，凉血清热方每日1剂，分两次口服，疗程8周；窄谱强脉冲光治疗, 每4周1次，连续治疗两次；对 照组：23例，单纯接受窄谱强脉冲光治疗，每4周1次，连续治疗两次。治疗结束后对两组治疗有效率及不良反应等情况进行比较分 析。结果：治疗后，治疗组治疗有效率83.3%，高于对照组的43.5%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2 =4.03，P＜0.05)。结论：中药 凉血清热方联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗痤疮后红斑可有效改善皮损，不良反应小，临床值得推广应用。?/html>
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Liangxue Qingre decoction combined with narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light in the treatment of erythema after acne. Methods 47 patients with erythema after acne were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group: 24 cases, take liangxue Qingre prescription orally,for 8 weeks, combined with narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light treatment, once every 4 weeks,a total of 2 times. Control group: 23 cases, only received narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light treatment. After treatment, the eff ective rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The eff ective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, which was higher than 43.5% of the control group, and there was a signifi cant diff erence between the two groups (χ2 =4.03,P＜0.05). Conclusion Liangxue Qingre decoction combined with narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light in the treatment of erythema after acne can eff ectively improve the skin lesions, with less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
