［摘要］目的：探究影响面部烧伤患者瘢痕修复治疗依从性的相关因素。方法：回顾性分析2018年3月-2021年3月笔者医院 收治的72例进行瘢痕修复的面部烧伤患者临床资料，根据患者瘢痕修复治疗依从性水平进行分组，分析两组患者基本情况、 基本病情水平差异，对存在显著差异的指标进行多因素Logistic回归分析。对两组患者［心理状况抑郁自评量表（Center for epidemiological survey depression scale, CES-D）、生活质量简明烧伤健康量表(Burn-specific health scaleabbreviated, BSHS-A)］进行评估，经spearman相关性分析探究患者心理状况、生活质量与瘢痕修复治疗依从性的相关性。 结果：依从组与不依从组患者之间年龄、个人月收入、瘢痕面积、烧伤程度差异显著（P＜0.05），两组患者性别、文化程 度、婚姻状况、烧伤原因差异不显著（P＞0.05）；年龄≥35岁、个人月收入＜5 000元、瘢痕面积＜15cm2 、烧伤程度为深Ⅱ 度烧伤是导致瘢痕修复治疗依从性较差的独立危险因素（P＜0.05）。依从组患者CES-D得分低于对照组，BSHS-A得分均高于 对照组（P＜0.05）；经Spearman相关分析，患者CES-D得分与瘢痕修复治疗依从性呈负相关（r=-0.519，P＜0.05），患者 BSHS-A得分与瘢痕修复治疗依从性呈正相关（r=0.634，P＜0.05）。结论：年龄、个人月收入、瘢痕面积、烧伤程度均可影 响面部烧伤患者瘢痕修复治疗依从性，且患者心理状况、生活质量均与瘢痕修复治疗依从性存在较为显著的相关性。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the related factors affecting the compliance of scar repair treatment in patients with facial burns. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 72 patients with facial burns who underwent scar repair in the our hospital between March 2018 and March 2021. The patients were grouped according to the compliance level of scar repair treatment, and the basic status and basic disease severity of the two groups of patients were analyzed, and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was conducted on the indicators with signifi cant diff erences. The psychological status Center for [Epidemiological Survey Depression Scale (CES-D) and quality of life Burn-Specific Health Scale-Abbreviated (BSHS-A)] were evaluated in the two groups of patients, and the correlation between psychological status, quality of life and compliance of scar repair treatment was explored by spearman correlation analysis. Results There were signifi cant diff erences in age, personal monthly income, scar area and degree of burns between compliance group and non-compliant group (P＜0.05), and there were no signifi cant diff erences in terms of gender, education level, marital status and cause of burns between the two groups (P＞0.05). Age ≥35 years old, personal monthly income＜5 000 yuan, scar area＜15cm2 and deep second-degree burns were independent risk factors leading to poor compliance of scar repair treatment (P＜0.05). The CES-D score of patients in compliance group was lower than that of non-compliant group, while the BSHS-A score was higher than that of non-compliant group (P＜0.05). According to Spearman correlation analysis, the CES-D score of patients was negatively correlated with scar repair treatment compliance (r=-0.519, P＜0.05), and the BSHS-A score of patients was positively correlated with scar repair treatment compliance (r=0.634, P＜0.05). Conclusion Age, personal monthly income, scar area and degree of burns can all aff ect the compliance of scar repair treatment in patients with facial burns, and there is a signifi cant correlation between the psychological status, quality of life and the compliance of scar repair treatment
