[摘要]目的:探讨颠倒散联合点阵CO2激光治疗增生性瘢痕的疗效。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年5月笔者医院收治的80例增 生性瘢痕患者,以随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用点阵CO2激光进行治疗,治疗组在对照组 的基础上加用颠倒散进行治疗,两组均治疗2个月。比较两组治疗前、治疗2个月后的瘢痕修复情况及炎性因子水平,对比两 组治疗前、治疗1、2个月后的疼痛程度,统计两组治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗2个月后,两组 瘢痕颜色、瘢痕充血、瘢痕厚度、瘢痕硬度评分、瘢痕总分及血清TGF-β1、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且治疗组均低于对照 组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗1、2个月后,两组VAS评分均呈逐渐降低趋势,且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治 疗期间,治疗组不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的27.50%(P<0.05)。结论:颠倒散联合点阵CO2激光治疗增生性瘢 痕,可明显减轻患者机体炎症反应和疼痛程度,进而有助于促进瘢痕修复,且安全性较高。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Diandaosan combined with CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scar. Methods A selection of 80 hypertrophic scar patients admitted to our hospital between May 2018 and May 2020 were divided into the treatment group and the control group by a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CO2 fractional laser, and the treatment group was treated with Diandaosan on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 2 months. The scar repair and infl ammatory factor levels in the two groups before and after 2 months of treatment were compared; the pain degree in the two groups before and after1, 2 months of treatment were compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment in the two groups was counted. Results Compared with before treatment, after 2 months of treatment, the scar color, scar congestion, scar thickness, scar hardness scores, total scar scores, and the serum TGF-β1, IL-6, and TNF-α levels in the two groups decreased, and the treatment groups were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, after 1, 2 months of treatment, the VAS scores in the two groups showed a gradually decreasing trend, and the treatment group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 10.00%, lower than 27.50% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Diandaosan combined with CO2 fractional laser treatment of hypertrophic scars could signifi cantly reduce the body’s infl ammatory response and pain degree, thereby helping to promote scar repair with higher safety.
