[摘要]目的:探究微针导入氟尿嘧啶在增生性瘢痕防治中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月1日-2017年12月31日笔者科室
收治的增生性瘢痕患者30例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n =15)和观察组(n =15)。对照组给予外涂硅酮霜治疗,
观察组给予微针导入氟尿嘧啶治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前和治疗后6个月VSS评分、POSAS评分,监测两组患者血常
规、肝肾功能及相关不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%高于对照组的53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治
疗后6个月两组VSS评分、POSAS评分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。两组患
者均未发生骨髓抑制、肝肾功能损害以及过敏、红斑等不良反应。结论:微针导入氟尿嘧啶治疗可以有效抑制增生性瘢痕形
成,改善患者患处外观,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of microneedle injection of fluorouracil in the prevention and treatment of
hypertrophic scar. Methods Thirty patients with hypertrophic scar admitted to our hospital from January 1, 2017 to December
31, 2017 were divided into the control group (n =15) and the observation group (n =15) according to random number table
method. The control group was treated with external application of Silicone cream, while the observation group was treated
with microneedle introduction of fluorouracil. The clinical efficacy, VSS score, POSAS score were compared between the
two groups before and 6 months after treatment. Blood routine, liver and kidney function and related adverse reactions were
monitored in two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than of the
control group(53.33%), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The VSS and POSAS scores of the two groups
were significantly lower than those before treatment 6 months after treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower
than the control group(P <0.01). There were no adverse reactions such as bone marrow suppression, liver and kidney function
damage, allergy and erythema in two groups. Conclusion Microneedle therapy with fluorouracil can effectively inhibit the
formation of hypertrophic scar and improve the appearance of hypertrophic scar patients, and it is safe and worthy of clinical
application.
