摘要:
重睑成形术是美容外科最常见手术，越来越多的就医者开始追求自然、稳定的自然型重睑，重睑成形术的目标也正逐渐向重建生理性重睑的趋势发展，探索单睑与重睑的组织结构差异对指导手术有着重大意义，该文简要概述国内外关于上睑睑板前组织的研究进展,为术者更好地认识、研究和改进重睑术及造福就医者提供一定参考。
Abstract:
Double eyelid blepharoplasty is the most common operation in cosmetic surgery. more and more patients begin to pursue natural and stable natural double eyelid, and the goal of double eyelid blepharoplasty is gradually developing towards the trend of reconstructing physiological double eyelid.exploring the difference of tissue structure between single eyelid and double eyelid is of great significance to guide the operation.This paper briefly summarizes the research progress on the pretarsal tissue of the upper eyelid at home and abroad, so as to provide some reference for the surgeons to better understand, study and improve the double eyelid operation and those who seek beauty for the benefit of the eyelid.
