摘要:
目的：探究热牙胶垂直加压与冷牙胶侧方加压对慢性牙髓炎患者填充效果及牙周的影响。方法：选取2018年1月-2020年5月于笔者科室就诊的104例慢性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为实验组（52例）和对照组（52例）。实验组予以热牙胶垂直加压治疗，对照组给予冷牙胶侧方加压治疗，两组均随访6个月。观察并比较两组治疗前、治疗后7d牙周、治疗后6个月疗效、治疗后7d填充效果及疼痛情况。结果：治疗后6个月，实验组总有效率高于对照组（92.31% vs.75.00%，P＜0.05）。治疗后7d，实验组恰填比例高于对照组，欠填、超填比例低于对照组（94.23% vs.57.69%，3.85% vs.21.15%，1.92% vs.21.15%），且实验组填充时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后7d，两组疼痛发生率比较差异无统计学意义（23.08% vs.26.92%，P＞0.05）；两组GI、SBI得分及PD较治疗前降低，且实验组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：相较冷牙胶侧方加压，热牙胶垂直加压可改善慢性牙髓炎患者的牙周，填充时间短且效果好，同时并未增加患者疼痛，疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of vertical pressure of hot glue and lateral pressure of cold glue on filling effect and periodontal appearance of patients with chronic pulpitis. Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic pulpitis who visited Suzhou integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital between January 2018 and May 2020 were divided into the experimental group (52 cases) and the control group (52 cases) by random number table method. The experimental group received vertical pressure of hot glue, while the control group received lateral pressure of cold glue. Both groups were followed up for 6 month. The periodontal appearance before treatment and 7 d after treatment, the curative effect 6 month after treatment, the filling effect and pain 7 d after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results 6 month after treatment, the total response rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (92.31% vs. 75.00%, P ＜0.05). 7 d after treatment, the proportion of correct filling in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the proportion of underfilling and overfilling in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (94.23% vs. 57.69%, 3.85% vs. 21.15%, 1.92% vs. 21.15%, P＜0.05), the filling time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group (P＜0.05). 7 d after treatment, there was no statistically difference in pain incidence between the two groups (23.08% vs. 26.92%, P＞0.05). 7 d after treatment, GI and SBI scores and PD of the two groups decreased, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with the lateral pressure of cold glue, vertical pressure of hot glue could improve the periodontal appearance of patients with chronic pulpitis, and the filling time was short and the filling effect was good, did not increase the pain of patients.
