摘要:
目的：分析固定-活动义齿联合修复对牙列缺损患者美容效果及咀嚼功能的影响。方法：选择2014年1月-2019年1月笔者医院收治的300例牙列缺损患者，以随机数字表法分为固定-活动组（150例）和活动组（150例）。活动组接受活动义齿修复，固定-活动组接受固定-活动义齿联合修复，两组均随访至治疗结束。观察两组修复后的疗效，比较两组修复前、修复后的美容效果、咀嚼功能及口腔健康状况。结果：修复后，固定-活动组总有效率为95.33%，高于活动组的84.67%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。修复1、2年后，两组红色美学指数（PES）、白色美学指数（WES）、美观度评分均逐渐升高，且固定-活动组高于活动组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：固定-活动义齿联合修复可提高牙列缺损患者修复疗效及美容效果。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the cosmetic effect and masticatory function of patients with dentition defect after combined restoration of fixed-removable denture. Methods 150 patients with dentition defect admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were divided into the fixed-activity group (150 cases) and the activity group (150 cases) by random number table. The activity group received removable denture, while the fixed-activity group received fixed-removable denture, both groups were followed up until the end of treatment. The curative effect of the two groups after restoration was observed, and the cosmetic effect, masticatory function and oral health status before and after restoration were compared. Results After repair, the total effective rate of the fixed-activity group was 95.33%, which was higher than that of the activity group (84.67%, P ＜0.05). The red aesthetic indexs (PES), white aesthetic indexs (WES) and aesthetic score of the two groups increased gradually before and after 1 and 2 years of repair. After 1 and 2 years of restoration, the fixed-activity group was higher than the active group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The combined repair of fixed and movable dentures can improve the curative effect and cosmetic effect of dentition defect patients
