摘要:
目的：探讨个性化护理与常规护理干预对腹部带蒂皮瓣修复手外伤并发后肩关节功能障碍的护理效果。方法：将2020年6月-2021年6月笔者医院收治的86例手外伤腹部带蒂皮瓣修复术患者随机分为对照组（43例）和实验组（43例），对照组给予常规护理干预，实验组给予个性化护理干预。比较两组患者肩关节功能障碍的发生情况、干预前后焦虑与抑郁情绪、出院时疼痛程度与日常生活能力和护理满意度。结果：与对照组相比，实验组患者肩关节功能障碍的发生率和疼痛程度评分明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而日常生活能力评分和护理满意度明显升高（P＜0.05）。干预后两组患者焦虑与抑郁评分较干预前均明显降低，且实验组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对手外伤腹部带蒂皮瓣修复术患者实施个性化护理可降低肩关节功能障碍的发生率、减轻疼痛感、改善负性情绪，提高日常生活质量和护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the nursing effect of personalized nursing and routine nursing on shoulder joint dysfunction after hand trauma abdominal pedicle flap repair. Methods 86 patients with hand trauma treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group (43 cases) and experimental group (43 cases). The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the experimental group was given personalized nursing intervention; The incidence of shoulder dysfunction, anxiety and depression before and after intervention, pain degree, ability of daily living and nursing satisfact ion were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of shoulder dysfunction and pain score in the experimental group were significantly lower ,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05), while the scores of activities of daily living and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher (P＜0.05). After the intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing can reduce the incidence of shoulder dysfunction, reduce pain, improve negative emotion, and improve the quality of daily life and nursing satisfaction
