摘要:
目的：探讨黄金微针与微创手术治疗腋臭的临床疗效及安全性。方法：应用黄金微针治疗腋臭50例为实验组，应用微创手术治疗腋臭50例为对照组，术后随访6～12个月，观察其疗效及并发症发生情况。结果：实验组有效率为90.0%，对照组为92.0%，组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。实验组术后并发症发生率为6.0%低于对照组的38.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：黄金微针治疗腋臭较微创手术具有安全快速，效果佳，无痛苦，不留瘢痕等优势，值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and complications of Body Tite and minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of axillary bromhidrosis. Methods 50 cases of axillary bromhidrosis were treated with Body Tite as the experimental group and 50 cases of axillary bromhidrosis were treated with minimally invasive surgery as the control group. The patients were fol lowed up for 6-12 months to observe the curative effect and complications. Results The effective rate was 90.0% in the experimental group, and 92.0% in the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 6.0%, lower than that in the control group (38.0%, P＜0.05). Conclusion The Body Tite for the treatment of axillary bromhidrosis has better clinical effect and good cosmetic effect compared with minimally invasive surgery. It is worthy of clinical application.
