摘要:
目的：探讨一种简单实用、疗效确切、并发症少的腋臭根治术式。方法：选择2015年12月-2020年11月诊治的腋 臭患者228例（456侧）为研究对象，采用保留真皮下血管网超薄皮瓣并清除汗腺的方法根治腋臭。术前在腋毛边缘外扩 0.5 ～1.0 cm处标记手术范围后剃除腋毛；术区内顺腋横纹方向标记2条平行切口线，使得切开后形成的双蒂皮瓣长宽比例不 超过2.5:1；在直视状态下剪除皮瓣上附着的皮下脂肪、大汗腺以及毛囊等组织，并保留真皮下血管网，形成带真皮下血管 网的超薄皮瓣；术毕打包加压固定。结果：本组病例228例（456侧），治愈435侧，显效21侧，无效0侧。结论：该方法具有 操作安全简单，痛苦小，并发症少，疗效好，术后外观符合美学要求等特点。
Abstract:
Objective To explore a radical treatment of auxiliary osmidrosis which is practical,with defi nite eff ects and few complications. Methods A total of 228 patients (456 sides) with axillary osmidrosis diagnosed and treated from December 2015 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.Axillary osmidrosis was treated by preserving the ultrathin skin fl ap with subdermal vascular network and removing sweat glands.Before the operation,mark the operation area at 0.5- 1.0 cm outside the edge of the axillary hair,and then shave the axillary hair Mark two parallel incision lines in the direction of transverse axillary lines in the operation area,making the ratio of length to width of the double-pedicle fl aps formed after incision not exceed 2.5:1.Under the orthoptic situation,wipe out the subcutaneous fat,sweat glands,and hair follicle tissue which attaches on the flaps,and retain the subdermal vascular network to form an ultra-thin flap with subdermal vessel operation. Packing and compression fi xation after the operation. Results There were totally 228 cases,including 456 cases (side).453 cases were cured.21 cases had eff ective results.0 case was invalid. Conclusion The method has the characteristics of simple operation,little pain,less complications,good eff ects and postoperative appearance which will meet the cosmetic requirements.
