摘要:
目的：探讨一种创伤小，术后恢复快，重睑皱褶可靠，形态自然美观的重睑成形术式。方法：重睑就医者共120例，随机分为实验组（60例）和对照组（60例）。实验组采用切开并贯穿睑板间断埋线法重睑成形术，对照组采用传统的切开重睑术。术后进行随访，对比两组肿胀程度VAS评分、瘢痕程度VAS评分以及患者满意度。结果：术后7 d，实验组肿胀程度VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后12个月，实验组瘢痕程度VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05），实验组就医者满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：切开法联合贯穿睑板间断埋线法是一种经过改良的重睑成形术式，适应证广泛，术后疗效稳定可靠，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore a technique for upper eyelid blepharoplasty with minimal trauma, quick recovery, no obvious scar and stable shape after operation. Methods A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into experi-mental group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases).In the experimental group,blepharoplasty was performed by cutting and penetrating the blepharoplasty with intermittent embedding method.The control group was treated with traditional blepharoplasty surgery. Postoperative follow-up was conducted to compare the VAS scores of swelling degree, swelling degree VAS scores, and patient satisfaction between the two groups. Results After the operation, the VAS score of the swelling degree of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05), at 12 months after the operation, the VAS score of scarring degree in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05), and the satisfaction score of the patient in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The method of incision with combination of inter-mittence embedding through the tarsal plate is a modified upper blepharoplasty, which is widely used and has stable and reliable effect post-operation. It is worthy for clinical popularization and application.
