摘要:
目的：探讨改良一期重睑成形联合内眦赘皮矫正术在单睑合并内眦赘皮就医者中的应用效果。方法：选取2020年1 月-2021年9月在笔者医院进行手术矫正的61例单睑合并内眦赘皮就医者为研究对象，采用随机数表法分为观察组（n=31）及 对照组（n=30）。对照组给予Park法联合内眦赘皮矫正术，观察组行改良一期重睑成形联合内眦赘皮矫正术。比较两种术式 矫正后眼形态及美学效果。结果：两组改善总优良率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。术后两组内眦间距、倾斜度、睑 裂角均显著降低，睑裂长度、睫毛上翘度升高；且观察组术后内眦间距、倾斜度、睑裂角均低于对照组，睑裂长度、睫毛上 翘度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术后1周、术后3个月观察组VSS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。两组术后并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组医师总满意度为96.77%显著高于对照组 的76.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：改良一期重睑成形联合内眦赘皮矫正术在单睑合并内眦赘皮就医者中应 用效果较佳，可有效矫正眼形态，值得在临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of modified one-stage double eyelid blepharoplasty combined with epicanthus correction in patients with single eyelid and epicanthus. Methods A total of 61 patients with single eyelid and epicanthus who underwent surgical correction in the hospital between January 2020 and September 2021 were selected as the research subjects. According to random number table method, the patients were divided into the observation group (n=31) and the control group (n=30). The control group underwent Park method combined with epicanthus correction, while the observation group underwent modified one-stage double eyelid blepharoplasty combined with epicanthus correction. The ocular morphology and aesthetic eff ects between the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence between the two groups in improving the overall excellent and good rate (P＞0.05). After operation, the distance between inner canthus, the inclination and the angle of palpebral fi ssure in the two groups decreased signifi cantly, and the length of palpebral fi ssure and the degree of eyelash upwarping increased,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). The distance between inner canthus, inclination and angle of eyelid fi ssure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the length of eyelid fi ssure and the degree of eyelash upwarping in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The VSS score in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than that in the control group 1 week and 3 months after operation (P＜0.05). There was no signifi cant diff erence in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P＞0.05). The total satisfaction of doctors in the observation group was 96.77%, which was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (76.67%, P＜0.05). Conclusion The application eff ect of modifi ed onestage double eyelid blepharoplasty combined with epicanthus correction is better in patients with single eyelid and epicanthus,which can eff ectively correct ocular morphology.
