摘要:
目的：探讨门诊围手术期优质护理在单睑伴内眦赘皮就医者平行型重睑术中的应用价值。方法：选取92例单睑伴内眦 赘皮行平行型重睑术的就医者为研究对象，根据接受护理情况分为两组，观察组47例行门诊围手术期优质护理，对照组45例 行门诊围手术期常规护理。比较两组手术总优良率、瘢痕情况以及围术期并发症情况。结果：两组术后总优良率比较差异无 统计学意义（P＞0.05）。术后瘢痕情况他评比较，两组血管化情况、色素沉着程度、柔软度、厚度以及凹凸度评分比较差 异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。术后瘢痕情况自评比较，两组颜色、硬度和厚度比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组 瘙痒度和疼痛度评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组术后出现4例疼痛，1例血肿，对照组术后出现7例 疼痛、4例血肿、1例感染，观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组术后均未发现内 眦赘皮复发情况。结论：在单睑伴内眦赘皮就医者平行型重睑术门诊围手术期行优质护理有利于减少疼痛感和瘙痒感，并可 以减少手术引发的并发症问题。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application value of outpatient perioperative high-quality nursing in patients with single eyelid and epicanthus treated with parallel double eyelid plasty. Methods 92 patients with single eyelid and epicanthus undergoing parallel double eyelid plasty were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into two groups according to the nursing received. 47 patients in the observation group received outpatient high-quality perioperative nursing, while 45 patients in the control group received outpatient routine perioperative nursing. The total excellent rate, scar condition and perioperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total excellent and good rate between the two groups (P＞0.05). Postoperative scar evaluation by observers, there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of vascularization, pigmentation, softness, thickness and concavity and convexity scores of scar after surgery (P＞0.05). Postoperative scar evaluation by patients, there were no signifi cant diff erence in color, hardness and thickness between the two groups (P＞0.05). The scores of pruritus and pain in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). There were 4 cases of pain and 1 case of hematoma in the observation group, and 7 cases of pain, 4 cases of hematoma and 1 case of infection in the control group. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). No recurrence of epicanthus was observed in two groups after operation. Conclusion Outpatient high-quality perioperative nursing can reduce pain, itching and complications of patients with single eyelid and epicanthus treated with parallel double eyelid plasty.
