目的：探讨应用舌形瓣重建内眦力学结构方法矫正内眦赘皮的临床效果。方法：对2021年1月-2022年1月笔者医院收 治的130例内眦赘皮患者行舌形瓣重建内眦力学结构法矫正内眦赘皮术。设计新的内眦韧带固定点，游离出舌形瓣，重新搭 建内眦韧带的力学结构，调整内眦形态，切除多余皮肤后缝合。结果：130例患者中125例完成随访，随访时间6～12个月。 患者术后内眦形态良好，泪阜显露良好，切口瘢痕不明显，复发率低，患者总体满意率96.15%。结论：舌形瓣重建内眦力学 结构法矫正内眦赘皮效果良好，近远期观察矫治后形态稳定，并发症极低，值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using the tongue flap reconstruction method to correct canthus. Methods A tongue-shaped fl ap was used to reconstruct the mechanical structure of the medial canthus in 130 cases attending the author’s hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 of medial canthus to correct medial canthus. A new fi xation point of the medial canthal ligament was designed, the tongue-shaped fl ap was freed, the mechanical structure of the medial canthal ligament was reconstructed, the medial canthal shape was adjusted, and the excess skin was excised and sutured. Results 125 of 130 cases were followed up for 6-12 months. Patients had a low recurrence rate after surgery, inconspicuous scarring, good lacrimal mound exposure, and aesthetic inner canthus shape. The overall patient satisfaction rate was 96.15%. Conclusion The lingual fl ap reconstruction method of medial canthus mechanics is eff ective in correcting epicanthus, with stable morphology and minimal complications observed in the near and long term,which is worth promoting.
