摘要:
目的：探讨针对性系统护理对上睑下垂手术患者术后效果及外观满意度的影响。方法：选取医院2018年3月-2021年 4 月收治的104例上睑下垂手术患者为研究对象，将其按照随机数表法分为对照组（n=52）和观察组（n=52），对照组给予 常规术后护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予针对性系统护理，两组患者均连续干预1周，比较两组患者心理状况、术后效 果、外观满意度、生活质量。结果：干预前，两组患者焦虑自评量表（Self rating anxiety scale，SAS）、抑郁自评量 表（Self rating depression scale，SDS）评分比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05），干预后，两组上述评分均下降，且观 察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组上睑轮廓、双眼睑对称情况、双眼睑高度对称情况评分均高于对照组，外观满意度 （92.31%）较对照组（71.15%）显著升高，且差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预前，两组躯体功能、认知功能、社会功 能、角色功能评分均无明显差异（P＞0.05），干预后，两组上述评分均明显改善，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意 义（P＜0.05）。结论：上睑下垂手术患者应用针对性系统护理，可改善心理状态，提高术后效果、外观满意度、生活质量，具有一定的临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective This research aims to investigate the effect of targeted systematic nursing on surgical results and appearance satisfaction of patients undergoing ptosis surgery. Methods A total of 104 patients who had undergone ptosis surgery in the hospital between March 2018 and April 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group (n=52) and observation group (n=52) according to the random number table method. The control group received routine postoperative care,and the observation group received targeted systematic nursing on this basis. Both groups were given 1 week of intervention. Psychological status,postoperative eff ect,appearance satisfaction,and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group (P＜0.05). The scores of upper eyelid outline,double-eyelid symmetry,and high double-eyelid symmetry in observation group were higher than those in control group. The appearance satisfaction rate in observation group (92.31%) was significantly higher than that in control group (71.15%) (P＜0.05). After intervention,the scores of physical function,cognitive function,social function and role function in the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Applying targeted systematic nursing to patients undergoing ptosis surgery can improve their psychological status,surgical results,appearance satisfaction,and quality of life.
