摘要:
目的:探讨光电协同(Electro-optical synergy,ELOS)技术联合胶原蛋白贴敷料治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮 (Erythema telangiectasia rosacea,ETR)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择2018年9月-2021年9月苏州九龙医院收治的79 例ETR患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=39)给予局部治疗+口服药物,研究组(n=40)在对照组基础上给予ELOS 技术联合胶原蛋白贴敷料治疗。比较两组皮损临床症状评分、皮肤无创生理指标检测结果、生活质量、炎性因子、安全性及复 发率。结果:治疗后,两组的皮损相关指标评分较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗 后,研究组的皮肤角质层含水量、表皮皮脂含量较治疗前升高(P<0.05),经皮水分丢失较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究 组的皮肤角质层含水量、表皮皮脂含量高于对照组,经皮水分丢失低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后, 两组的DLQI量表各维度评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗后,两组的血清IL-4、IL-8水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访24周,研究组复发率低于对照组(Fisher精确检验, P=0.029 )。结论:ELOS技术联合胶原蛋白贴敷料治疗ETR安全性高,可减轻皮损症状,修复皮肤损伤,降低血清IL-4、IL-8 水平,改善患者生活质量,且复发率低。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the restorative eff ect and safety of electro-optical synergy(ELOS) technology combined with collagen dressing for erythema telangiectasia rosacea (ETR). Methods A total of 79 ETR patients admitted to Suzhou Jiulong Hospital from September 2018 to September 2021 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group (n=39) was given local treatment and oral drugs, and the research group (n=40) was given ELOS technology combined with collagen dressing on the basis of the control group. Skin lesions related indicators,skin noninvasive quantitative test results, quality of life, infl ammatory factors,safety,recurrence rate were compared. Results After treatment, the skin lesion-related index scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the research group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment,the stratum corneum water content and epidermal sebum content of the research group were higher than those before treatment (P <0.05),and the transepidermal water loss was lower than that before treatment (P <0.05),the stratum corneum water content and epidermal sebum content of the research group were higher than control group, and the transepidermal water loss was lower than control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P <0.05). After treatment, the DLQI scores of the two groups were signifi cantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the study group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05),the diff erence was statistically signifi cant. After treatment, the levels of serum IL-4 and IL-8 in the two groups were lower (P <0.05), and the study group were lower than control group, the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P <0.05). There was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). After 24 weeks of follow-up, the recurrence rate in the research group was lower than that in the control group (Fisher’s exact test,P=0.029). Conclusion ELOS technology combined with collagen dressings in the treatment of ETR is safe, can relieve the symptoms of skin lesions, repair skin lesions, reduce the levels of serum IL-4 and IL-8,improve the quality of life,and has a low recurrence rate.
