摘要:
目的：本研究通过测量分析替牙列期唇腭裂患者面下1/3软硬组织指标，并与非唇腭裂患者相比较，为临床上唇腭裂 患者的诊疗提供参考。方法：本研究选取54例替牙列期骨性Ⅲ类患者，其中骨性Ⅲ类单侧完全性唇腭裂患者27例，平均年龄 （8.43±1.72）岁，骨性Ⅲ类非唇腭裂患者27例，平均年龄（8.22±1.45）岁。用Arnett头影测量分析方法测量患者的头 颅侧位片，包括5个硬组织指标和23个软组织指标，取测量结果进行数据汇总，做统计学分析得出结论。结果：两组硬组织 指标中上切牙牙轴，上颌平面，Mx1、Md1到TVL的距离比较，差异有统计学意义；两组软组织指标中上唇角，上唇厚，下唇 厚，上颌高度，上唇长度，Sn-A＇、ULA、LLA、B＇、Pog＇到TVL的距离，Sn-Pog＇，A＇-B＇，ULA-LLA，LLA-Pog＇比较， 差异有统计学意义。结论：替牙列期唇腭裂患者面中部凹陷，上下唇呈阶梯状关系，面部协调性较差。
Abstract:
Objective This study measured and analyzed the soft and hard tissue indexes of the lower 1/3 of the patients with cleft lip and palate in mixed dentition, and compared them with the patients without cleft lip and palate, so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cleft lip and palate in clinic. Methods Fifty-four patients with skeletal class Ⅲ in mixed dentition were selected in this study, including 27 patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate of skeletal Class Ⅲ and palate with a mean age of (8.43 ±1.72) years and 27 patients withnon cleft lip and palate of skeletal Class Ⅲ and palate with a mean age of (8.22 ± 1.45) years. Arnett cephalometric analysis method was used to measure the lateral cephalogram of patients, including 5 hard tissue indexes and 23 soft tissue indexes. The measurement results were collected for data collection and statistical analysis. Results Among the hard tissue indexes, there were signifi cant diff erences in the axis of upper incisors, maxillary plane, and the distance from Mx1, Md1 to TVL; In soft tissue indexes, there were signifi cant diff erences in upper lip angle, upper lip thickness, lower lip thickness, maxillary height, upper lip length, distance from Sn, A ＇,ULA,LLA, B＇,Pog＇to TVL,Sn-Pog＇,A＇-B＇,ULA-LLA, LLA-Pog＇. Conclusion The patients with cleft lip and palate in mixed dentition stage have a depression in the middle of the face, the upper and lower lips have a ladder like relationship, and the facial coordination is poor.
